We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable
Automotive Technical Support Engineer
to provide expert-level support to technicians, service advisors, and customers. This role requires in-depth automotive systems knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues across a variety of vehicle makes and models.
This will make you grow:
- You will provide remote technical support to service technicians and/or customers regardig diagnostic issues, repair procedures, and vehicle systems.
- You will guide troubleshooting processes for complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- You will document support cases, resolutions, and recommended procedures in internal systems.
- You will collaborate with engineering, product, or field service teams for escalated issues.
- You will stay up to date with new vehicle technology, diagnostic methods, and service bulletins.
And this is how you'll take us forward:
- You have a technical degree, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- You know automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, vehicle busses and technologies in general.
- You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on new technologies, trends and innovation.
- You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
