Associate Client Executive – Risk Management

Are you a brilliant Associate Client Executive with Property-Liability insurance background? We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients;

• Support in the identification of strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives;

• Participate at clients and insurers meetings in conjunction with specialist broker;

• Partner with the Placement Team to design strategies to achieve growth goals and provide; exceptional client service;

• Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.

What you need to have:

• Master's degree in Economics (Finance, Management, Risk Management, ecc.), Law, Political and Social Sciences, International Relations or similar;

• 3 - 5 years of experience in insurance companies or insurance brokers, preferably in a client-facing role;

• Property - Liability (combined) insurance experience;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Negotiating and Influencing skills;

• Analytical and problem solving skills;

• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
