Senior Learning & Development Consultant
who thrives on building brilliant client relationships and co-creating transformative learning journeys with corporate giants.

If you get excited about business development, know your way around the L&D galaxy, and can charm a client faster than you can say "instructional design," keep reading.

A Note for Applicants:

We are seeking
U.S. nationals or individuals holding a U.S. passport
who are currently based in Italy - ideally in Milan or Rome - and who bring strong sales experience along with a solid understanding of the learning world.

Bonus Quest:
You'll travel
monthly
to New York to follow the business, blending your Italian base with U.S. cultural insight. Think of it as L&D diplomacy on both sides of the ocean.

  • Working cross-functionally with facilitators, designers, creatives and thinkers to deliver value that sticks.
