You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About The Role

Your responsibilities

• Orders flow mgmt for the Pharma channel; from order entry to stock confirmation
• Daily and ad hoc KPI's report plus new analysis implementation
• Collaboration with Sales: improvement OOS management, sharing of KPIs
• Assuring the proper service level to strategic customers (e.g. Amazon) with dedicated actions
• Ownership of projects

The experience we're looking for

• MSc Degree in Economics / Engineering
• Fluency in Italian and English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
• Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Capable of gathering and processing complex data from a wide variety of sources
• Base knowledge of important supply chain processes/metrics/goals
• Strong relationship with internal/external stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, good on time management/prioritization
