The selected intern will join the Marketing & Sales team and will support activities aimed at strengthening RE:LAB's market presence and communication strategy.

In particular, the internship will involve:

• Supporting marketing and communication initiatives for RE:LAB's products and services;
• Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends, positioning opportunities, and target segments;
• Contributing to the evaluation of products and processes from a business and strategic perspective;
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content;
• Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence.

This internship offers the opportunity to combine analytical, creative, and strategic skills within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

A motivated and proactive person with a strong interest in marketing, innovation, and technology.

We are looking for graduates or recent graduates in:

• Economics, Marketing, or Management (preferably Master's level);
• or related disciplines with a focus on business development and communication.

• Knowledge of marketing principles, competitive analysis, and branding;
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity;
• Good communication and writing skills (in Italian and English);
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn;
• Basic familiarity with digital tools and marketing platforms (social media, CMS, analytics tools) is a plus

• Work location: On-site, Reggio Emilia HQ
