Your mission: identify new growth opportunities, foster meaningful client relationships, and contribute to fair, transparent commercial practices that benefit both people and planet.Your Main Responsibilities:Market & Client DevelopmentProspect and develop new customers and markets in alignment with our values and PCM referencing strategy.Promote responsible industrial solutions that support efficiency and sustainability.Promotion & OutreachRepresent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, lunch-and-learn events, and on social platforms with an educational and inclusive approach.Solution Design & Risk Management Analyze customer needs holistically—technically, commercially, and ethically.Propose tailored solutions while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations (embargoes, sanctions), insurance, and payment security.Proposal & Offer StructuringBuild comprehensive offers using our internal tools.Perform risk and compliance reviews to ensure ethical and financial responsibility.Negotiation & Execution Negotiate fairly within our commercial framework, respecting margin goals and partnership values.Oversee contract reviews and ensure execution aligned with our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards.Customer Relations & AccountabilityCollaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues through constructive dialogue.Log and follow up on customer feedback, contributing actively to continuous improvement.Market Intelligence Participate in mapping and segmenting prospects and clients, with attention to underserved or high-impact sectors. Profile:Strong knowledge of the industrial equipment and volumetric/positive displacement pumps market.Experience in B2B sales and contract management with a focus on ethical business conduct.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.A structured, analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to solving commercial and technical challenges.Comfortable in multicultural, collaborative environments.English and Italian speakingType of Employment: Full-time, Permanent contract Our company is an equal opportunity employer for all employees and job applicants, without distinction of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
