YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Sidel is looking for a business-oriented technical resource with a passion for Sustainability to help transform our portfolio to be Net-Zero aligned, in line with current and future regulations across the world, and to help us sell this value to our customers. If you are this person, you will support the alignment on consumptions meas-urement and rules, coordinating efforts to reduce, as well as data collection, testing, new tools implementa-tion. You will drive Taxonomy eligibility and alignment, as well as being a point of contact for our sales force and for our engineering department in our journey towards design for recycling.

YOUR MISSION
  • You will lead your projects transversally in the company to:
  • coordinate the "utilities consumption" topic across all products and functions for multiple areas: Taxonomy, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions data collection, water management, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), design for recycling;
  • coordinate the creation of new sustainability-related tools leveraging (also) AI;
  • build-up awareness and competence in product management, R&D, front line, including latest regulations developments affecting our business, e.g. PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation);
  • act as a Sustainability technical expert consultant for our front line and in front of our customers;
  • represent Sidel in forums and associations with a focus on technical, product-related topics.
YOUR PROFILE

Level of education and languages:

  • University education in a STEM discipline.

English is a must, Italian and French are welcome.
