Overview
As a
Global HR Information Systems Intern
, you will be part of our Global HRIS Team, assisting with the day-to-day management and implementation of our HR systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a global corporate environment, supporting our HRIS function and contributing to key projects. You will work closely with our Global HRIS team, gaining exposure to data quality, data integrity and system support.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

  • Support HRIS Activities: Assist with day-to-day support activities for existing HR solutions, helping to address requests from internal HR stakeholders in various regions.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Dual Maintenance: Help maintain the quality and integrity of data across existing HR systems, ensuring accurate dual maintenance between them.
  • Contribute to HRIS Projects: Support the implementation of our new HR system, assisting with tasks like data gathering, documentation, and testing.
  • Prepare Reports: Assist in creating reports to help the team with effective administration and accurate reporting.
  • Documentation: Help create and update documentation for HR processes and system procedures.

Job Requirements
Education:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Near graduate or recent graduate

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interest in HR processes and information systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen interest in data quality.

Languages:
Fluency in both English and Italian is required.

Mindset:
Proactive, fast learner, and collaborative team player; high level of curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
