Randstad Digital, the division specialized in the search and selection of IT talents of Randstad Italia, is looking for a

business analyst public Transport Systems

Responsibilities:

A strong propensity for listening and learning new methodologies/tools typical of the

context is required because the candidate will be prepared and trained to assume the

following responsibilities:

 Requirement Analysis: Identify, document, and analyze project requirements.

This includes understanding customer needs, defining project goals, and

translating this information into technical specifications

 Project Management: Management and coordination of IT projects in the

transportation sector

 Customer Care: understand customer's problems and manage relationships with

customers, answer their questions, and resolve any problems in a timely and

professional manner

 Team-work: Collaboration with various teams to ensure the achievement of

project objectives and provide regular and detailed updates to your manager on

the progress of assigned tasks proactively, promptly highlighting any critical issues

Mandatory Requirements:

 Master's degree in engineering or a similar field

 Fluent knowledge of English

 Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients

 Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

 Willingness to travel

Soft Skills:

 Experience in a public transport company or in a consulting firm, preferably in the

IT, mobility, or transportation sector

 Excellent communication

 Problem-solving

 Time management

 Critical thinking

 Passion for the world of transportation

Optional Requirements (will be considered an added value):

 Language skills: Greek, German and Spanish as additional languages are

considered a real plus

 Previous experiences in programming and/or managing fleets or personnel

Work Location:

 Rome, with the possibility of hybrid work (on-site + remote) once independence in

managing assigned tasks is achieved.
