Role Purpose
Participate to the project of transferring Account Receivable & Credit Management processes currently managed by Dana Finance SSO Lithuania to a new provider in India "SSP" for Allison Off Highway entities (AOH).
Facilitate communication between local AOH team and SSP team, following up the performance of the SSP ensuring the sustainability of the AR & Credit Management service while helping local Finance team to guarantee compliance (regulatory-group and SOX), books accuracy and timely closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in accurate management of customer account balances through strategic collaboration with SSP team.
- Coordinate communication over collection activities executed by SSP to maximize efficiency.
- Cooperate to guarantee compliance with Group policies and local regulatory frameworks.
- Support local Credit Management team during internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Facilitate communications between SSP and local Credit Management to monitor and assess credit risk, implementing proactive measures.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of accounting principles management metrics and credit.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in credit management in a multinational context is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intercultural communication abilities.

- Proven ability to deliver results through a goal-oriented approach.
- Expertise in problem-solving and effective prioritization of tasks.
- Communication and collaboration skills within international and multicultural environments.
