  • Als Teil der Corporate IT designst und betreust Du im Team SAP SuccessFactors und dessen Module (SAP Success Factors mit Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, …) innerhalb der gesamten KNAPP Gruppe.
  • Gemeinsam mit den betroffenen Ansprechpartnern aus den Fachbereichen prüfst du Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst unsere HCM-Services aktiv weiter
  • Im Rahmen von weiteren Rollout-Projekten nimmst du niederlassungs- und länderspezifische Anforderungen auf und nimmst die entsprechende Konfiguration vor
  • Du kümmerst dich um den Betrieb und Support deiner Module und übernimmst die Vertretung von weiteren Services im HCM-Bereich
  • Du erarbeitest Lösungskonzepte im Bereich Human Capital Management (HCM) und wirkst aktiv bei der Implementierung neuer Systeme und Funktionalitäten, sowie deren Anbindung mit
  • Bei Systemanpassungen stellst du die Stabilität vorhandener Prozesse sicher
  • Im Falle von Fehlern und Problemen analysierst du diese, findest Ursachen und behebst sie

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Universität/FH/HTL)
  • Du kennst dich mit Prozessen im Bereich von HCM-Lösungen aus
  • Technische Erfahrungen mit HCM-Systemen (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP ERP) sind von Vorteil
  • Professionelles Auftreten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Hohes Engagement, Offenheit und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Arbeit in einem engagierten Team bereitet dir Freude
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten sind hilfreich
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft (geringes Ausmaß – im Rahmen von Rollouts) mit
