Environmental Specialist - Azienda Leader delle Rinnovabili - Roma (RM)

Per un cliente internazionale, operante nel mercato delle rinnovabili in Italia e all'estero, sono alla ricerca di un Environmetal Specialist con base su Roma. La realtà che rappresento è un produttore indipendente di energia rinnovabile esclusivamente dedicato allo sviluppo, finanziamento, costruzione e gestione di progetti energetici Solari, BESS & Biogas. Attivo in altri paesi d'Europa (Spagna, Croazia, Ungheria, Polonia), mira a diventare un leader di primaria importanza nel mercato Italiano.

Come Envirinmental Specialist avrai modo di eseguire le seguenti responsabilità:

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ:

  • Conoscenza approfondita e aggiornamento continuo delle normative italiane relative alle valutazioni ambientali e alle procedure autorizzative per impianti FER, con particolare attenzione ad impianti PV
  • Esperienza comprovata in analisi dei vincoli e studi di fattibilità.
  • Conoscenza approfondita e capacità di supervisionare studi di fattibilità per Studi di Impatto Ambientale, Due Diligence ambientali per progetti agrivoltaici e fotovoltaici
  • Competenza nella gestione dei processi procedurali e autorizzativi per impianti FER: VIA, PAUR, AU, PAS.
  • Competenza nell'analisi degli strumenti di pianificazione territoriale (nazionali, regionali, provinciali, comunali, piani settoriali, vincoli e tutele).
  • Familiarità con le procedure per il rilascio di permessi e autorizzazioni (es. verifica preventiva di interesse archeologico, autorizzazioni paesaggistiche, ecc.).
  • Svolgimento di sopralluoghi nei siti di progetto per l'identificazione preliminare delle potenziali criticità ambientali da gestire nella fase di sviluppo.
  • Gestione di riunioni con co-sviluppatori/consulenti ingegneristici esterni e autorità durante la fase autorizzativa.
  • Collaborazione stretta con team di ingegneria, operations e compliance per garantire l'integrazione efficace delle pratiche ambientali in tutte le fasi del progetto.

ISTRUZIONE, ESPERIENZA E COMPETENZE

  • Laurea triennale/magistrale in Geologia, Architettura, Urbanistica, Scienze Ambientali o simili;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto GIS & AutoCAD
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in una posizione simile nel mercato dell'energia;
  • Comprovata esperienza nell'analisi vincolistica di terreni per progetti rinnovabili (preferibilmente solari)
  • Conoscenza dell'iter autorizzativo per impianti FER (VIA, AU, PAS)
  • Familiarità con le normative ambientali e di sicurezza e spiccate capacità analitiche e abilità nell'interpretazione dei dati ambientali.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team, con predisposizione a costruire buone relazioni con autorità, clienti, fornitori e stakeholder interni.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese (parlato e scritto). Lo spagnolo è un plus.
