Job Purpose
To expand our administrative team, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist with at least 6 years of experience, capable of independently managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting.

The candidate will handle the complete management of accounting, liaising with colleagues and external contacts, and reporting directly to the function manager.

Previous experience with the SAP accounting system, knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, background in the Food & Beverage sector, and a good command of written and spoken English are considered a plus.

Responsabilities

  • Management of customer and supplier accounting (accounts receivable and payable)
  • Supervising of intra-EU (CEE) and extra-EU (extra-CEE) invoices, both customers and suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations and general accounting entries
  • VAT settlements and periodic tax compliance
  • Management of leasings
  • Monthly closing entries
  • Support the function manager during monthly closings for the HQ
  • Cash flow management
  • Interaction with external auditors and other stakeholders

Knowledge And Skills
At least 6 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Excellent knowledge of general accounting, VAT, accounts receivable and payable

Knowledge of SAP system (FI/CO modules)

Good command of Excel and main IT tools

Good command of English, both written and spoken

High school diploma in accounting and/or degree in Economics

Autonomy, precision, and organizational skills
