Sales Operations Specialist – Milan, Italy (Hybrid) - Renewable Energy

Are you ready to make an impact in the renewable energy sector? Our client, a leading player in the solar industry, is looking for a
Sales Operations Specialist
to support their dynamic team in Milan.

What you'll do:

  • Drive smooth execution of contracts and sales orders from countersignature to payment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate with customers on lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates.
  • Prepare regular analysis reports, including shipment updates and sales forecasts.
  • Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and locations to optimize processes and reporting.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in solar industry or operations (a strong plus).
  • Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, and shipping/invoicing processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Fluent in
    Italian
    language
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
