We are looking for a passionate HRIS Coordinator to join the the HR Team, located in Marghera (VE).
The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for daily operational maintenance, basic configuration, and first/second-level support for the HRIS systems (primarily Oracle HCM and Cornerstone OnDemand), ensuring smooth HR process execution and accurate data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Maintenance and Configuration:
- Perform routine maintenance and basic configuration on Oracle HCM and Cornerstone OnDemand modules (e.g., managing master data, approval workflows, setting up new roles/users).
- Assist in the implementation of minor new functionalities and system patches.
- User Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide first and second-level support to HR users and employees for system usage.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets, identifying the root cause of issues.
- Data Integrity and Basic Reporting:
- Ensure the quality and integrity of HR data by performing periodic audits, data cleansing, and monitoring interfaces.
- Create and modify standard reports (OTBI, Cornerstone reporting tools) as requested by the HR team and management.
- Integration Management:
- Monitor the status of integrations between the HRIS systems and other business systems (e.g., Payroll, Active Directory).
- Collaborate with the IT/Senior Analyst team for troubleshooting integration failures.
- Documentation and Training:
- Keep process and system configuration documentation up-to-date.
- Support the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for new users or for the introduction of new functionalities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma with a specialization in Human Resources, IT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HRIS role or a functional IT support role.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Cornerstone OnDemand (module administration and management).
- Understanding of core HR processes (Core HR, Recruiting, L&D).
- Familiarity with the concept of system integration and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach to user support.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Italian is required.
