Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking for its Milan office a lawyer with at least three years' experience in leading law firms in the Ethics and Compliance department and who has acquired knowledge in particular in the application of legislation on the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001). Knowledge in the area of GDPR is also appreciated.

The selected candidate, included in the work team, will delve into the following areas:

  • Compliance pareristics activities
  • Preparation and implementation of Models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or so-called privacy models
  • Legal assistance in the area of whistleblower management
  • Training activities. 

Consequently, must have experience in the following activities:

  • Direct participation in the preparation of organization, management and control models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or privacy models and, in particular, in risk assessment activities
  • Participation and assistance in the meetings of the Supervisory Bodies / DPOs in the audits of competence
  • Performance of audit activities in the field.

It will be considered a preferential requirement to have participated in the preparation of anti-corruption systems under Law 190/2012 and/or ISO 37001 Certification.

Required:

  • Law degree, brilliantly obtained
  • Excellent fluency in the English language
  • Motivation for professional activity
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
