Responsabilità:
- Responsabile della manutenzione e riparazione delle apparecchiature commercializzate dalla divisione e di proprietà della divisione stessa.
- Verifica al termine della riparazione, seguendo le procedure di test, la funzionalità dell'apparecchiatura e compila quindi la prevista scheda di riparazione.
- Opera nel pieno rispetto del sistema di gestione qualità.
- Provvede alla gestione del magazzino parti di ricambio: carico, scarico e ripristino
- Elabora e propone gli aggiornamenti alle procedure operative interne che concorda con i reparti aziendali coinvolti prima di sottoporle all'approvazione del QA.
- Individua e propone miglioramenti finalizzati a ridurre i costi e a migliorare il servizio ai clienti interni ed esterni all'azienda.
- Responsabile della compilazione gare per ciò che concerne l'assistenza tecnica e caratteristiche tecniche delle apparecchiature.
- Responsabile nei confronti del cliente esterno e interno del supporto di carattere tecnico e funzionale delle apparecchiature oggetto di assistenza tecnica.
- Responsabile della formazione e aggiornamento tecnico dei nuovi assunti.
- Ricerca il guasto, tenendo presente le indicazioni fornite dal cliente (difetto di funzionamento, causa presumibile del guasto, diagnosi presunta del problema), e quindi provvede a ripararlo. Generalmente trattasi di sostituzioni di parti di ricambio (elettriche e/o meccaniche) che comportano anche i ricollegamenti all'apparecchiatura.
- Conosce ed opera su apparecchiature di divisioni diverse.
- Contatta la clientela sia a livello tecnico che a livello tecnico commerciale.
Qualifiche / Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria (preferenziale: biomedica, meccanica, elettronica)
- Esperienza in assistenza tecnica nel settore Health Care, con preferenza in ruolo di Technical Engineer e/o Field Service Engineer
- Conoscenza dell'Inglese livello B2, Italiano Madrelingua
- Conoscenza delle normative internazionali in merito alla sicurezza elettrica delle apparecchiature medicali (IEC60601-1, IEC62353)
- Patente di guida tipo B
