Siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Lead appassionato che voglia guidare il nostro team di sviluppo verso nuove sfide tecnologiche in un ambiente dinamico e in forte crescita.

Cosa farai

  • Guidare e coordinare il team di sviluppo software, promuovendo best practice e standard di qualità del codice
  • Definire l'architettura tecnica delle soluzioni blockchain e microservizi
  • Supervisionare lo sviluppo delle piattaforme Synkrony Exchange, Synkrony Pay e ABS (Affidaty Blockchain Suite)
  • Collaborare con il Product Owner per tradurre requisiti di business in specifiche tecniche
  • Gestire code review, mentoring e crescita professionale del team
  • Garantire la sicurezza, scalabilità e performance delle applicazioni
  • Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo hands-on su progetti critici
  • Contribuire alle decisioni strategiche sulla roadmap tecnologica

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di sviluppo software, di cui almeno 2 in posizioni di leadership tecnica
  • Solida conoscenza di e framework come per architetture a microservizi
  • Ottima padronanza di JavaScript e TypeScript
  • Esperienza con o altri framework frontend moderni
  • Familiarità con database NoSQL (CouchDB) e message broker (Kafka)
  • Conoscenza di infrastrutture cloud AWS e pratiche DevOps/CI-CD
  • Esperienza con Kubernetes (AWS EKS) e orchestrazione container
  • Capacità di gestire team distribuiti e metodologie Agile/Scrum
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e di problem solving
  • Fluente in italiano; l'inglese è un plus gradito

Nice to have

  • Conoscenza del linguaggio Rust (il core T.R.IN.C.I. è sviluppato in Rust)
  • Esperienza con Helm, ArgoCD e GitOps workflows
  • Conoscenza di Terraform per Infrastructure as Code
  • Esperienza nel settore blockchain, DeFi o crypto exchange
  • Familiarità con smart contract e tecnologie Web3
  • Conoscenza di Java/Kotlin per sviluppo Android (app PES device)
  • Esperienza con strumenti di monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
