Marketing Assistant

The marketing assistant is in charge to help, develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across the various channels, in cooperation with the Marketing Specialists. Moreover he/she will grant the operative development of plans and activities according to timesheet and will help with the operative coordination of events such as trade shows or training day.

The person we want to meet like dynamics and has a mix of strong organizing and analytical attitude. The work will include analyzing data and trends to help add concrete action on projects management updating.

As a ideal candidate you are a team worker that understand and cooperate with other specialist/professionals in delivering marketing activities.

Requirements
:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics;

Master Degree in Marketing is a plus;

Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint;

Fluency in English (written and spoken);

Confident with new media;

years experience in marketing or compared activities;

Attitude in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

Main Responsabilities:

Supporting the marketing Manager in day to day marketing activities

Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met;

Creation of presentations about the products;

Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs;

Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums;

Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives;

Follow the implementation, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
