Posizione:

Si ricerca un Project Manager che ricoprirà anche il ruolo di Direttore Tecnico di Cantiere, da inserire nel team operativo per un importante progetto infrastrutturale ferroviario nella città di Brindisi.

Responsabilità principali
  • Coordinamento generale del progetto e gestione dei rapporti con la Stazione Appaltante, Direzione Lavori, enti e altri contraenti.
  • Supervisione dell'intero ciclo della commessa: tempi, costi, qualità e avanzamento lavori.
  • Pianificazione strategica delle attività e monitoraggio del cronoprogramma.
  • Direzione tecnica del cantiere e gestione operativa quotidiana.
  • Gestione delle squadre interne, dei subappaltatori e dei fornitori.
  • Predisposizione e controllo della documentazione tecnica: SAL, varianti, contabilità, reportistica.
  • Garanzia della conformità normativa e della sicurezza in cantiere.
  • Risoluzione delle criticità tecniche, contrattuali e organizzative.
Requisiti:
Requisiti richiesti
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, Trasporti o equivalente.
  • Solida esperienza come Project Manager e come Direttore Tecnico di Cantiere in opere ferroviarie o infrastrutturali complesse.
  • Eccellente capacità di gestione delle relazioni con la Stazione Appaltante e gli stakeholder di progetto.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle normative ferroviarie, dei processi di costruzione e delle procedure tecnico-amministrative.
  • Competenze in gestione contrattuale, analisi costi, programmazione e controllo delle varianti.
  • Leadership, capacità decisionale e forte orientamento ai risultati.
  • Disponibilità a operare stabilmente sul cantiere di Brindisi.
