What You'll Do
Join our dynamic team supporting buyers across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. You'll be the go-to expert for product quality, helping ensure that every item meets our standards from the first sample to final approval. You'll work closely with vendors and internal teams to solve issues, improve processes, and make sure our merchandise is safe, well-packaged, and ready for stores.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support buyers in evaluating samples and approving production.
- Monitor product quality and resolve issues with vendors.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, and safety standards are met.
- Visit factories and warehouses to check product quality.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Share insights and updates through reports and training sessions.
- Stay up to date on company standards and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in apparel, textiles, or fashion production.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for factory visits.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
