FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of renewable energy, particularly in the wind sector.

The activities and main competencies of the Group include all phases of design, construction, production, and sale of electricity, including landscape analysis and evaluation and the approval process.

To strengthen our team at the Bolzano headquarters, we are looking for a candidate to join our Energy Trading and Asset Management department. Are you a dynamic talent with a solid background and 1-2 years of professional experience in energy trading? If so, you are exactly what we are looking for

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field;
• Knowledge of issues related to the electricity market with a focus on wind, hydro, photovoltaic, and storage sectors;
• Proficiency in English;
• Analytical skills, precision, and passion for work;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Flexibility and motivation in performing assigned tasks;
• Problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit;
• Results-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Knowledge of key computer tools (Office package, with excellent Excel proficiency) and programming (VBA, R) is an advantage;
• Residence or domicile in neighboring areas or willingness to relocate is required.

Main responsibilities:

• Trading of energy packages;
• Management of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and incentive management;
• Maintenance of relationships with commercial counterparts and negotiation of contractual terms;
• Creation and maintenance of periodic reports on trading activities' performance;
• Constant monitoring of regulatory developments in the renewable energy sector;
• Collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Administration and Finance) to ensure integrated management of commercial and operational activities;
• Market trend analysis and development of trading strategies to maximize the value of energy assets.
