Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Corporate Secretary for its Milan office.

The person will be responsible for supporting the professionals of the group in the following activities:

  • Corporate obligations (paperwork in the Chamber of Commerce and Agenzia delle Entrate) for client companies
  • Keeping and updating company books
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Anti-money laundering forms
  • Document processing and archiving
  • Organization of the commitments of professionals and their support
  • Customer correspondence management
  • Compilation of working papers and any reminders
  • Opening, editing and managing tasks
  • Ordinary secretarial activities.

Required:

  • Autonomy in corporate obligations (financial statements, offices, UL, powers, shareholders/shareholders, mergers, SCIA, change in VAT data)
  • A few years of experience already gained in similar tasks or in the administrative field
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  • Seriousness, reliability and confidentiality
  • Precision, organization and spirit of collaboration.

Previous experience in the role in professional firms or structured companies will be a preferential requirement.
