The Role

Negentro is hiring a 
Frontend Developer

to help us ship new valuable features. You'll work in a cross-functional squad (Data Science, Design, Organizational Psychology/Coaching) to build core HEI capabilities: 
coaching journeys

, 
trigger engine

, 
LLM/RAG orchestration

, and 
enterprise integrations

. You'll focus on translating design ideas to actual web components, but you will be able to follow the evolution of new features from start to finish, and participate in discussions influencing architecture, data model, user experience. 

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the design team and other developers to define requirements for new features, with a focus on UI/UX.
  • Implement UI/UX changes inside the web application, ensuring every new route or component is easily testable and accessible.
  • Technologies used: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, SvelteKit, GraphQL, Hasura, Docker, Git
  • Maintain the existing frontend architecture using state of the art Web technologies
  • Contribute to documentation
  • Write E2E tests for your changes
  • Technologies used: Vitest, Playwright

Required skills & experience

  • Experience in building frontend interfaces on the Web
  • Experience in collaborating with designers
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Deep understanding of 
    HTML

and 
CSS
- Good knowledge of at least one frontend framework
- Basic knowledge of A11y
- Fluent in 
English

and 
Italian

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of query languages such as GraphQL
  • Basic knowledge of backend infrastructure (Node, Hasura, Postgres)
  • Experience in collaborating using design tools (Figma)
