Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Early Years Teacher to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong classroom practice, creativity, and a passion for international education. This is a quick hire, with preference given to candidates already residing in Italy or the EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
  • Incorporate technology effectively to enhance student learning.
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Contribute to co-curricular activities and the wider school community.
  • Participate in professional development and school initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or PGCE, or equivalent, required
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Previous teaching experience in a IB school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and instructional design skills.
