The person who joins us will provide Sales & Marketing support related to events, internal meetings and contract management. The role is office based in our Milan office and offers smart working.
How you will make an impact:
Coordination of education events and internal meetings with limited supervision.
Grant requests tracking, communication with HCPs making sure they are aware of MedTech compliance, being in charge of invitations and travelling arrangements.
Administration of sponsorships and event logistics, taking care of hotels, service providers and materials preparation.
Invoice management and budget management.
Safeguard internal and external compliance together with the sales team.
Oversee DRT, DSO, consignment contracts, turns & discards KPI's, complaints.
Manage, together with the sales teams, competition & tenders data collection.
Order and ensure translation of marketing materials with limited supervision.
Contracts management with limited supervision.
Liaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met.
Other administrative support with limited supervision.
What you'll need (Required):
High school diploma and 2 years of related experience supporting teams.
Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential to perform the responsibilities of this position, any other language is a plus.
What else we look for (Preferred):
Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite.
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
Good computer knowledge in ERP application (e.g. JDE) and SFDC.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives.
Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
Contacts are across the organization at all organizational levels and with external contacts.
Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner.
