We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong Mechanical/Control attitude and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others. A two‑year Technical Degree is preferred, along with industry experience and TPS product line training. This role focuses primarily on Centrifugal Compressors Products and offers structured On‑The‑Job Training under direct supervision.

You will be responsible of:

Receiving and following detailed instructions under direct supervision.

Learning and assisting crew members during Installation and/or Maintenance activities at customer sites.

Learning and executing maintenance and installation tasks on TPS rotating equipment.

Assisting other crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.

Interacting with an assigned mentor or supervisor and collaborating with specialists and supervisors in the group.

Executing responsibilities safely and in accordance with TPS Service processes and procedures.

Performing related duties as required.

Conducting business activities in alignment with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Core Values.

To be successful in this role:

A two‑year Technical Degree (preferred)

Industry experience

TPS product line training

Limited knowledge of the oil and gas industry

Good Mechanical/Control attitude

Ability to work well and communicate with others

Specialization in Centrifugal Compressors Products

Willingness to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions

Commitment to learning through On‑The‑Job Training

Adherence to safety practices, processes, and procedures

Alignment with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance, and Core Values
