Sensory Design is an AI-driven Creative Innovation Lab, crafting next-generation visual experiences at the intersection of design, artificial intelligence, and emotion.

We develop cutting-edge solutions such as:

  • Alteryon – AI-powered digital avatars,
  • Feelkits – multisensory creative experiences.

We work with premium and luxury brands across Europe, merging hyper-realistic AI media, storytelling and advanced production workflows.

We are expanding our Milan hub and seeking an AI Visual Designer / Brand Designer to join our core creative team.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Visual Designer with a truly 360° approach to contemporary design, spanning brand identity, logo creation, print and digital assets, motion graphics, and AI-assisted media generation.

This role requires a strong aesthetic eye paired with strategic thinking: someone capable of translating complex ideas, narratives, and brand concepts into elegant, coherent, and high-impact visual experiences for international clients.

You will work across multiple creative streams, from crafting identity systems to developing AI-powered visual content, contributing to the evolution of Sensory Design's premium design language and next-generation creative products.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop brand identities, logos, and coordinated visual systems for premium and luxury brands
  • Create visual materials for print, digital, and social media, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate on AI-powered content production (e.g., avatar generation, generative visuals, AI-enhanced storytelling)
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure high aesthetic and technical quality in all deliverables
  • Support the art direction of campaigns, presentations, and product launches
  • Contribute to creative research, trends exploration, and R&D in design innovation
Requirements
  • Degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in branding, visual design, or art direction
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects) and Figma
  • Strong visual culture and sensitivity to luxury aesthetics
  • Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.) is highly appreciated

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
