Aeroviaggi Spa, opera nell'industria del turismo dal 1973 come uno dei primi Hotel Owner and Operator. Il Gruppo, proprietario del brand "Mangia's, Resorts by the sea", gestisce direttamente i propri Resort e Club, in totale 13 proprietà tra Sicilia e Sardegna, ed è in grado di garantire un'offerta totalmente integrata: trasporto aereo, trasferimenti, soggiorno, ristorazione, intrattenimento, escursioni ed esperienze locali.

Descrizione della posizione

L'F&B Manager è responsabile del coordinamento di tutte le fasi di eventi / meeting / banchetti che si svolgono nell'Hotel; coordina tali attività su base giornaliera; assiste i clienti nella pianificazione dei vari eventi e nella selezione dei menu.

Sollecita il Food & Beverage business locale; mantiene i servizi e la reputazione dell'Hotel e agisce come un rappresentante di gestione tutti i gruppi.

Mansioni e Responsabilità:

  • Realizza i menù preventivati, la vendita di bevande, attenziona i costi della manodopera e redditività.
  • Si occupa delle chiamate di follow-up del cliente su una base tempestiva.
  • Analizza tempestivamente i prezzi del Food & Beverage in relazione alla concorrenza.
  • Partecipa e fornisce input alle attività di F&B Marketing.
  • Cerca di mantenere e fidelizzare clienti potenziali ed esistenti.
  • Prepara delle Offerte di Vendita.
  • Si occupa dello sviluppo e manutenzione di tutte le procedure di controllo di reparto.
  • Gestisce tutte le richieste Food & Beverage e garantire un follow-up tempestivo lo stesso giorno lavorativo.
  • Si coordina con tutti i reparti per gestire i grandi meeting / gruppi/ banquet planner e rispondere alle loro esigenze
  • Conferma tutti i dettagli relativi alle funzioni di gruppo con meeting/banquet planner.
  • Partecipa alla riunione settimanale dell'F&B e alla riunione col Capo Dipartimento.
  • Aiuta nella pianificazione dei menu e dei prezzi.
  • Sviluppa e tiene aggiornato il manuale di reparto.
  • Supervisiona i contributi e salariali settimanali.
  • È sempre a disposizione del personale in caso di emergenza.
  • Deve avere una conoscenza completa delle procedure antincendio.
  • Assicura l'inventario bar per gli eventi, tra cui l'apertura e la chiusura inventari, prepara accurati riepiloghi.
  • Assicura il mantenimento delle politiche di controllo del bar.
  • Assicurare il completamento delle requisizioni, se ritenuto necessario.
  • Assicurare il completamento del programma settimanale e dei turni mentre.
  • Garantisce sempre un livello adeguato e coerente.
  • Completa l'inventario mensile.
  • Assicura il completamento tempestivo delle fatture relative agli eventi.
  • Attenziona le esigenze di acquisto di piccoli articoli.
  • Garantisce che i servizi soddisfino le specifiche del cliente.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza comprovata ( minimo 2 anni) in ruoli di gestione del settore Food & Beverage in strutture di lusso o contesti similari
  • Conoscenza approfondita della cucina e delle bevande
  • Eccellenti abilità di leadership e capacità di gestione del personale
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e relazione con il cliente
  • Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di gestione del budget
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di un'altra lingua sarà considerata un plus
