Il ruolo
Entrerai a far parte del team Procurement, un'area strategica che si occupa della gestione dei fornitori e degli acquisti, garantendo la continuità dei processi aziendali e l'ottimizzazione dei costi. La risorsa sarà inoltre coinvolta per l'area Procurement, nel progetto di implementazione del nuovo ERP, un'iniziativa di trasformazione volta a migliorare l'efficienza dei processi aziendali.

Durante lo stage, supporterà le attività legate alla gestione dei fornitori e agli acquisti, contribuendo ai processi di approvvigionamento.

Questa esperienza rappresenta un'opportunità unica per sviluppare competenze nell'ambito supply chain e conoscere da vicino le dinamiche di un'area chiave per il business. Lo stage avrà una durata di 6 mesi, con inizio previsto a dicembre e si svolgerà lo stabilimento di Altopascio (LU).

Cosa farai

  • Supporterai il team nell'implementazione del progetto SAP con focus sull'area Procurement
  • Supporterai le attività di transizione dal vecchio sistema al nuovo, che include migrazione dati, verifica ordini e fatture, test e risoluzione di eventuali blocchi per garantire continuità operativa
  • Supporterai la gestione operativa dei fornitori e contratti di acquisto.
  • Contribuirai ai processi di approvvigionamento e monitoraggio KPI.
  • Supporterai il monitoraggio quotidiano dei fornitori e risoluzione di anomalie (es. fatture bloccate, ordini)
  • Parteciperai alle attività di negoziazione e gestione contrattuale, incluse negoziazioni non complesse e contestazioni ai fornitori.

Chi sei

  • Laureandi o neolaureati in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini
  • Buone capacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving
  • Proattività, curiosità e voglia di apprendere
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, comunicazione efficace e orientamento al risultato
  • Flessibilità e capacità di gestione del tempo e delle priorità
  • Conoscenza di Excel e dei principali strumenti informatici
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
