Main tasks

As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will join a highly multicultural, fast-growing, and dynamic environment, active in the digital and business transformation advisory space. The projects you will take part in span from business and digital transformation strategy to their execution, throughout multiple nuances and leveraging on leading edge technologies, for important financial institutions in the Luxembourg market.

  • Support business innovation and digital transformation projects in Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance
  • Project Management and PMO support (waterfall and agile)
  • Coordinate program activities in complex organizational and regulatory contexts, interacting with various stakeholders
  • Execute benchmarks, market research and competitive analysis tailored to Luxembourg's landscape and more widely WAM's strategic evolution
  • Analyze and map complex business processes, identifying improvement areas and efficiency gains
  • Provide support during project discovery phases, and definition of IT solutions to support the various business functions (i.e. Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, Investment Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Reporting)
  • Actively contribute to the design and development of new digital solutions with value-add innovative ideas, including fast prototyping and solution design through innovation workshops (i.e. applying Design Thinking principles)
  • Functional analysis, business requirements blueprints, user stories writing, plan/perform testing (functional, integration, …) for continuous quality assurance, collaborating within the development teams (internal and external) and with Clients' key stakeholders
  • Collaborate as in cross-function teams to execute maturity assessments and feasibility studies, gap analyses, delivery of complex digitalization project, AI adoption/reboot, Sustainability/ESG/Climate risk, data analysis/data modeling, IT infrastructure and data estates modernization projects
  • Continuous interaction with Client teams and technology partners to ensure alignment and success of initiatives.
Education and experience
  • Graduate / master's degree in economic-financial or engineering-management disciplines or equivalent certification
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in consulting, fintech, asset management or equivalent company possibly in an international context
  • Prior focus on the wealth and asset management and/or insurance area, with overall knowledge of financial services and products, of the Luxembourg market, of the Fund and Life Insurance Industry and their regulatory framework (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, CSSF, CAA rules) are considered assets
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the Wealth & Asset Management sector, ideally within Luxembourg or similar European markets
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and solid understanding of data modeling and data management concepts (i.e. DBMS, E-R databases), particularly with reference to financial products
  • Well-developed organizational skills, flexibility, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team
  • Experience on data modernization (including Data Governance, Architecture and Engineering), Design Thinking, Agile transformation, Change Management, Agile tools such as Jira/Confluence/MS DevOps are considered a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, CBAP) are preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; the knowledge of French or German is considered an asset.
