Capri Tiberio Palace è un lussuoso hotel a cinque stelle lusso situato nel cuore di Capri , membro di Leading Hotels of the World, famoso per il suo servizio d'eccellenza e la cura dei dettagli.
Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Reservation Manager per unirsi al nostro team e contribuire all'esperienza unica dei nostri ospiti.
Responsabilità principali
- Gestire e supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane dell'ufficio prenotazioni, assicurando standard elevati di precisione e servizio.
- Coordinare il team di prenotazioni, garantendo una formazione continua e un ambiente di lavoro motivante.
- Definire e implementare le strategie di vendita e di pricing in collaborazione con il Revenue Manager per massimizzare l'occupazione e la redditività.
- Monitorare le performance finanziarie del reparto, inclusi budget e profitti, implementando strategie per migliorare la redditività.
- Gestire le prenotazioni individuali, di gruppo e le relazioni con gli ospiti, assicurando un servizio personalizzato e un alto livello di soddisfazione.
- Condurre audit regolari sulla qualità del servizio e sull'aderenza agli standard di accuratezza dei dati e di LQA.
- Garantire l'efficace gestione dei canali di distribuzione (OTA, GDS, sito web) e dei sistemi di prenotazione.
Requisiti
- Esperienza comprovata in una posizione di gestione delle prenotazioni (Manager o Assistant Manager), preferibilmente in hotel di lusso o strutture a cinque stelle.
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership e comunicazione, con un forte orientamento al cliente.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle operazioni di gestione delle prenotazioni, Revenue Management e controllo dei costi.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di prendere decisioni rapide.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere è considerata un plus.
- Padronanza dei PMS (in particolare Opera Cloud) e dei principali Channel Manager.
- Dimestichezza con gli standards LQA.
