Missione del Ruolo:
Questa risorsa farà parte del team IT e supporterà la gestione e l'operatività dell'infrastruttura tecnologica della venue, contribuendo a garantire sistemi efficienti, sicuri e sempre pronti a sostenere attività quotidiane ed eventi di grande scala. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Lead IT, occupandosi sia della parte tecnica operativa sia del coordinamento con fornitori e reparti interni.


RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALI

Supporto alla gestione dell'infrastruttura IT

  • Supportare il Lead IT nella supervisione dell'infrastruttura tecnica, delle licenze e dei sistemi critici.
  • Collaborare alla gestione di firewall, networking, server e sistemi di sicurezza informatica, garantendo continuità e protezione dei dati.
  • Monitorare le performance dei sistemi per anticipare e risolvere eventuali criticità.

Gestione operativa dei servizi IT

  • Supportare la fornitura di servizi IT a organizzatori di eventi, collaborando con l'Operations Team per la corretta implementazione tecnica.
  • Configurare, gestire e mantenere reti LAN/WLAN e le relative apparecchiature.
  • Curare l'infrastruttura IT per sistemi operativi interni come POS, controllo accessi, centralini e altri strumenti dedicati.

Supporto tecnico al personale e alla venue

  • Garantire assistenza tecnica ai dipendenti e agli utenti interni (postazioni di lavoro, hardware, software).
  • Gestire la creazione di profili utente, credenziali e accessi ai vari sistemi.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico durante le attività ordinarie e nei giorni di evento, risolvendo rapidamente eventuali problemi onsite.

Coordinamento con fornitori e team esterni

  • Collaborare con fornitori esterni per l'installazione, manutenzione e configurazione dei servizi IT.
  • Supportare la pianificazione dei requisiti tecnici per gli eventi, assicurando la corretta predisposizione delle infrastrutture e dei servizi necessari.


REQUISITI

  • Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Telecomunicazioni o discipline affini.
  • 2-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli IT operativi o di supporto tecnico, preferibilmente in contesti complessi (eventi, venue, hospitality, retail).
  • Buone competenze in gestione reti (LAN/WLAN), configurazione dispositivi, sistemi operativi e sicurezza IT.
  • Conoscenza di firewall, server, infrastrutture cloud e strumenti di gestione licenze.
  • Esperienza nel supporto utenti (helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware/software).
  • Attitudine pratica, velocità di risposta e capacità di operare sotto pressione in giorni di evento.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e orientamento al problem solving.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in orari flessibili, serali o nel weekend in base al calendario eventi.
