Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager, based in Bolgare, Italy, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and company specifications. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes, conducting inspections, managing audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues. The role also involves maintaining compliance with industry regulations, analyzing quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, quality control, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly related to industrial valves or similar mechanical products
- Skills in resolving quality-related issues, conducting inspections, and managing quality audits
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of relevant quality certifications and regulatory frameworks
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
