Descrizione offerta di lavoroDevWorld, a dynamic and fast-growing IT consulting firm, is partnering with a leading IT company to recruit a Senior Product Manager & Business Analyst who will play a key role in shaping and evolving their product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving product initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Develop comprehensive business cases—including cost-benefit evaluations, alternative scenarios, and projected impacts—to support investment decisions.
- Define and track strategic OKRs, ensuring full alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze product usage data, performance metrics, and profitability to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Gather and translate business requirements by engaging with customers and internal stakeholders; design solutions aligned with business goals in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conceptualize and enhance innovative solutions by optimizing existing processes and functionalities.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage product improvements with the goal of increasing usability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate major project initiatives, ensuring proper governance, progress tracking, and issue management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management and/or Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- English level: B2 or higher.
