Per conto di una società internazionale operante nel settore energetico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Investment Associate

Responsibilities
La risorsa inserita supporterà il team investimenti nella valutazione, strutturazione ed esecuzione di investimenti in asset di produzione di energia rinnovabile, contribuendo allo sviluppo del portafoglio della società.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Modeling ed evaluation di iniziative progettuali
  • Supporto all'analisi di opportunità di investimento (greenfield, ready-to-build, brownfield)
  • Valutazione dei business plan, piani industriali e assunzioni di progetto
  • Analisi delle strutture di ricavo (PPA, merchant, CfD, incentivi)
  • Sviluppo e aggiornamento dei modelli finanziari a livello di progetto e portfolio
  • Analisi degli indicatori chiave (IRR, NPV, DSCR, equity returns)
  • Coordinamento e supporto all attività di due diligence
  • Interfaccia con controparti bancarie per strutturare soluzioni di finanziamento ottimali per le operazioni e con altri advisor esterni (technical advisor, legal counsel, market advisor)
  • Analisi e sintesi dei risultati delle Due Diligence per il Comitato investimenti
  • Aggioramento dei modelli finanziari post-investimento
  • Predisposizione di report periodici per investitori e stakeholder interni

Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria o discipline affini
  • 3 - 5 anni di esperienza in: fondi di investimento (PE / infra / energy), società di advisory con focus sul settore energy oppure in team di project finance di banche, IPP, utility o developer
  • Esperienza diretta in operazioni di investimento o acquisizione di asset energy
  • Ottima padronanza di financial modeling in Excel
  • Conoscenza delle strutture di project finance
  • Buona comprensione delle dinamiche dei mercati energetici
  • Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
