Per l'Automation Department di Bertolotti A.I. Works si ricerca un PLC Technical Expert, specializzato nello sviluppo, programmazione, test, messa in servizio e collaudo di impianti di movimentazione manuale e automatica, in particolare:

  • Carroponti automatizzati e manuali
  • Magazzini automatici e sistemi di stoccaggio coil

Requisiti tecnici fondamentali:

  • Esperienza consolidata in automazione industriale su impianti
  • Ottima conoscenza di almeno uno dei principali ambienti di sviluppo PLC:
  • Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7 (preferenziale)
  • Rockwell / Allen-Bradley
  • Schneider Electric / EcoStruxure
  • Capacità di lettura e modifica di schemi elettrici (EPLAN, SPAC, etc.)
  • Competenze in programmazione HMI/SCADA (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Movicon, etc.)
  • Esperienza nella gestione di reti industriali (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di sicurezza (SIL, PL) applicate a carroponti e macchine di sollevamento

Attività principali:

  • Progettazione e sviluppo software PLC per linee automatiche e manuale di movimentazione
  • Supervisione del montaggio e della cablatura in campo
  • Testing in officina e in sito (FAT/SAT)
  • Messa in servizio (MIS) presso impianti produttivi, con interfaccia diretta con la committenza
  • Gestione documentazione tecnica, manualistica e redazione report di collaudo

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €40.000,00 - €55.000,00 all'anno
