We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.
How you make the difference
You will be responsible for optimization of maintenance processes, respecting the quality and costs standards set.
How your agenda looks like:
- You will be responsible for defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions;
- You will be responsible for identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory;
- You will organize interventions involving, as needed, its own technicians, external companies and/or suppliers;
- You will ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations and procedures;
- You will provides coaching activities for the implementation of the Operational Excellence corporate program.
Your team:
You will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Technical Service Leader Italy.
What makes you a great fit:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Previous experience in the role (not mandatory);
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;
- Fluent use of the English language;
- Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
