What you'll do

We are looking for a
(Junior) Product Manager
to join our NextGen Field Service Product Management team and grow into a full Product role within a product-driven software organization.

The role has two phases:

1. Initial Phase – Solution Center Specialist (≈12 months)
In the first phase, you will work closely with the Solution Center team, taking concrete responsibilities in Pre-Sales initiatives, Advanced Demos, and Proofs of Concept (POC). This phase allows you to:

  • Manage selected demo and POC initiatives independently, expanding responsibilities over time.
  • Collect, analyze, and structure customer requirements, assessing priorities, impacts, and timelines.
  • Design and deliver standard and advanced product demos, including usage scenario definition, system configuration, and prototypical feature ideation.
  • Collaborate with R&D to channel customer needs, feedback, and opportunities into the product roadmap.
  • Support testing and validation activities for platform releases.

2. Product Management Responsibilities
With the support of senior Product Managers, you will:

  • Participate in product initiatives of increasing scope, contributing to their definition and evolution.
  • Conduct market analysis and research on customer and prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Solution Center, Customer Success) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Actively contribute to the software development process, supporting feature definition, validation, and release.
  • Support go-to-market activities and product positioning.

What you'll need

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Functional or Technical Analyst, preferably in the Field Service domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure solutions effectively.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and ability to perform in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Good command of the English language.
