Founded in 1803, with audacity and precision, the Parisian institution established by Jean-Vincent Bully has been highly successful thanks to its innovative formulas. Awarded prizes at the Universal Exhibitions of 1867 and 1878, the perfumer of the Parisian high society has set new trends.

Today, the Officine Universelle Buly pursues and reinvents French beauty with the impeccability of the past and the best of the present. We strive for cosmetic excellence: where legendary healthy and natural care products coexist with high-tech ones: the Officine created the very first water-based perfumes in 2014.

Combining French-style service with History, fragrance and the refinement of scents are no mere details. They make us renowned in a world where the codes of Parisian beauty are meticulously followed.

Our stores are architectural temples where care and customisation services bring wonder and awe: embossing, calligraphy and engraving.

Since 2021, Officine Universelle Buly has been a member of the LVMH group, casting the radiance of French beauty excellence across the globe through its extensive array of boutiques, particularly in France, Germany, Japan, and South Korea.

Job Responsibilities
Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will serve as Assistant Boutique Manager at Officine Universelle Buly. You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management and Leadership:

  • Support daily team management and step into the Boutique Manager's role in their absence
  • Staff training to enhance skills and ensure their professional development
  • Maintain efficient functioning by planning schedules and providing solutions during unexpected situations

Sales Performance:

  • Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee optimal customer experience
  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service following established sales processes
  • Conduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutique
  • Utilize tools provided to retain customers

Operational Management:

  • Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules
  • Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers, handling cash/ cash drawer collection
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager (restocking and deliveries)
  • Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.

Profile
Candidate Profile Sought Dynamic, cheerful disposition A previous sales experience in the luxury retail is preferred Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation Curious and interested in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 Maison Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clients Fluent in English required, additional languages are a plus Inclusion of diversity is a strength within our dispensaries; we are convinced that diversity equates to performance.
