Chi stiamo cercando
Una persona che:
- abbia esperienza nella gestione di più punti vendita o catene ristorative
- ami l'ospitalità e l'esperienza cliente, anche in una realtà fast-casual di qualità
- sappia motivare e coordinare team di Store Manager e personale operativo
- abbia visione strategica, capacità di gestione budget e KPI
- creda nella crescita dei talenti interni
Il ruolo
- Supervisione dei punti vendita: standard qualitativi, operativi e di servizio
- Gestione di budget, costi e performance dei locali
- Formazione, motivazione e sviluppo di Store Manager e team
- Collaborazione con la proprietà su strategie di crescita e nuovi locali
