People Analytics, Organization & Total Reward Manager
. La risorsa avrà un ruolo strategico nel supportare le decisioni in ambito People, promuovendo l'evoluzione dei processi aziendali in chiave data-driven e assicurando la coerenza tra modelli organizzativi e politiche di total reward.
Le principali responsabilità
- Sviluppare e coordinare modelli di reporting e analisi dei dati HR, traducendo le informazioni in dashboard e insight strategici per il top management.
- Definire e aggiornare modelli organizzativi e job arcitecture in coerenza con la strategia aziendale, garantendo efficienza, chiarezza di responsabilità e sostenibilità delle strutture.
- Progettare e implementare sistemi di reward (fisso, variabile, benefit, welfare) assicurando equità interna, competitività esterna e coerenza con la performance aziendale.
- Analizzare trend e scenari per supportare la pianificazione del capitale umano, accompagnando riorganizzazioni e trasformazioni con un approccio data-driven.
- Guidare il team People Analytics, Organization & Total Reward, assicurando l'allineamento con le strategie HR e di business del Gruppo.
Requisiti
- Laurea in discipline economiche, statistiche o affini.
- Esperienza consolidata (4+ anni) in ruoli analoghi in contesti strutturati o di consulenza HR.
- Conoscenza dei modelli di Reporting, Organizzazione Aziendale e Total Reward.
- Conoscenza del gestionale HCM Workday.
- Solida competenza in People Analytics e nell'uso di strumenti di analisi (es. Power BI, Excel avanzato, sistemi HRIS).
- Capacità di leadership, gestione di team e project management.
- Eccellenti doti analitiche, precisione e orientamento al risultato.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, con attitudine alla collaborazione cross-funzionale.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
