con un'esperienza consolidata. Cerchiamo una risorsa che desideri crescere all'interno della Business Unit SEO, lavorando su progetti di alto livello e affiancando un team senior.
Dettagli del Ruolo e Responsabilità
La figura ricercata sarà inserita nella Business Unit SEO e opererà con autonomia e responsabilità crescente sui progetti assegnati. Le responsabilità principali includono:
- Sviluppo Strategico: elaborazione e implementazione di strategie SEO complete orientate al raggiungimento di obiettivi di business specifici;
- Gestione Progetto: supervisione e delivery di progetti SEO per un portfolio di clienti nazionali e internazionali di primo piano;
- Audit e Analisi Tecnica: esecuzione di audit tecnici approfonditi, identificazione e risoluzione di problematiche complesse;
- Innovazione & AI Search: partecipazione attiva nello sviluppo e nell'applicazione di strategie di Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) e di ottimizzazione per motori di ricerca basati su Intelligenza Artificiale (AI) e LLM, anticipando le evoluzioni del settore;
- Reporting Avanzato: monitoraggio costante delle performance tramite i KPI, analisi dei dati complessi e presentazione di report chiari e strategici ai clienti.
Requisiti Essenziali Richiesti

, consideriamo fondamentali i seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza Precedente: almeno 3 anni di esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di SEO Consultant, preferibilmente maturata in agenzie digitali o contesti aziendali complessi;
- Padronanza dei Tool: ottima e autonoma padronanza dei principali strumenti di analisi e monitoring del settore (es. Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4);
- Competenza Tecnica: solida comprensione dell'HTML, CSS, architettura del sito, e dei principi di SEO per siti complessi;
- Lingua Inglese: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (livello B2 o superiore), necessaria per la consultazione di documentazione tecnica e la gestione di progetti internazionali - la padronanza della lingua sarà valutata in sede di colloquio;
- Competenze Evolute (Plus): interesse e, preferibilmente, esperienza o conoscenza delle implicazioni di AI, LLM e Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) sulla SEO e sulla creazione di contenuti;
- Capacità Analitica: forte orientamento all'analisi dei dati, precisione e capacità di sintesi per trasformare i dati in insight strategici.
