Over Ventures is a European venture advisory boutique and crowdfunding studio. We support startups, tech companies and investors in raising capital and grow. With more than 200 capital-raising and equity crowdfunding deals managed and offices in Milan and Lecce, we operate with an international perspective and a young, dynamic culture.

Role: CEO Shadow (Internship) – Milan

We are looking for a recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Management, or Management Engineering for a full-time internship with hiring track. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder & Managing Partner, supporting daily operations, strategic initiatives, and business development activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and operational support to the CEO's activities.
  • Coordinate with the team on fundraising, venture scouting, and micro M&A projects.
  • Prepare strategic materials such as pitch decks, reports, and market analyses.
  • Attend meetings with investors, startups, and international partners.
  • Conduct research and monitor trends in the European venture capital and crowdfunding ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Management, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • Passion for startups, venture capital, and equity crowdfunding.
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

What We Offer

  • Full-time internship (9:00 – 18:00) with the opportunity for full-time employment after completion.
  • Compensation between €500 – €1.000/month + meal vouchers, based on experience and maturity of the profile.
