Partner with the best

As a Site Operations Plant Solution Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Turn-Key project offering phase and, in case of project award, supporting in the execution phase
  • Turn-Key installation and commissioning planning, as well as installation costs definition and optimization
  • Leading the execution of the Project for both Customer and internal organization
  • Identifying potential risk factors, which may impact the schedule and/or project financial targets

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree n Engineering.
  • Have solid technical background and experience in plants Turn-Key installation and commissioning of energy technology solutions for Oil & Gas/decarbonization
  • Be proficient with P6 and/or MS Project planning tools.
  • Be a self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
  • Be fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Be willing to travel where Projects are located and for meetings/training at Baker Hughes site locations
