Sport Academy , associazione giovane e in crescita attiva nel settore educativo e sportivo per bambini, è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Service da inserire nel proprio team. Se hai esperienza nel supporto ai clienti, un approccio positivo e desideri lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, questa potrebbe essere la tua prossima opportunità.

Mansioni principali

Gestione e cura delle relazioni con le famiglie già iscritte ai nostri programmi

Assistenza telefonica per richieste e necessità dei clienti attuali

Risposta alle email e gestione della comunicazione in modo professionale

Organizzazione degli appuntamenti e coordinamento con gli istruttori

Requisiti richiesti

Esperienza pregressa nel customer care, preferibilmente in realtà affini al nostro settore

Ottima dimestichezza con il PC e con strumenti/gestionali per la gestione dei clienti

Spiccate capacità organizzative e di problem solving

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1)

Attitudine al lavoro in squadra e ottime capacità comunicative

Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi alle esigenze dell'organizzazione

Condizioni e orari

Sede di lavoro: Novoli

Impegno iniziale: 15/20 ore settimanali , dal lunedì al venerdì, nella fascia 14:00–19:00 o 15:00–19:00

Possibilità concreta, dopo un periodo di inserimento, di passare a un full time con orario 10:00–13:00 / 14:00–19:00
