RUOLO: JUNIOR DEVELOPER

Cerchiamo una figura junior, anche alla prima esperienza lavorativa, da inserire all'interno del team tecnico. La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Contribuirai allo sviluppo e all'implementazione del nostro software proprietario
    presso banche e istituti finanziari, entrando nel cuore di progetti complessi e ad alto impatto.
  • Sarai coinvolto nelle attività di Ricerca & Sviluppo
    , sperimentando approcci, tecnologie e soluzioni architetturali per poi trasformarle in funzionalità concrete che migliorano prestazioni, affidabilità e scalabilità del nostro prodotto.
  • Utilizzerai tecnologie consolidate
    – Java, architetture enterprise e strumenti DevOps – integrando attività come CI/CD, automazione e gestione degli ambienti.
  • Analizzerai i requisiti dei clienti
    e supporterai la fase di configurazione, trasformando le loro esigenze in soluzioni concrete.
  • Collaborerai in modo diretto con il team tecnico e con l'area funzionale
    , contribuendo alla qualità complessiva del prodotto e alla crescita del progetto.

CARATTERISTICHE DELLA PERSONA CHE CERCHIAMO

  • 0-3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software
    in Java, C#, .NET o linguaggi affini
  • Conoscenza, anche teorica, di
    SQL o dei database relazionali
  • Curiosità, spirito di iniziativa e voglia di imparare
  • Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team
  • Interesse per il mondo bancario e dei sistemi di pagamento
