four-month internship in the Debt Capital Markets practice
of the Milan office
from January 2026
.

The Debt Capital Markets department in Milan advises Italian issuers and international underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, Medium Term Note (MTN) programmes, bond issues (secured and unsecured), block trades, exchangeable/convertible bonds, hybrid bonds, green/social/transition bonds, sustainability linked bonds, regulatory capital and liability management exercises.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • legal research and analysis
  • assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
  • supporting in drafting court documents and other legal documentation

Key Requirements

  • Law degree (currently enrolled in the fifth year);
  • Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams together with a motivation letter);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency level in English;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
