Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account located in Trezzo sull'Adda. The Key Account will be responsible for managing and developing key business relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong communication with clients, developing strategic account plans, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by representing MMN as a trusted advisor to its clients.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relations skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in strategic planning, identifying business opportunities, and growing sales pipelines
- Knowledge of IT solutions, trends, and best practices, including digital transformation and IT infrastructure
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
- Experience in the IT sector or with B2B enterprise clients is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Apple ecosystem t will be very appreciated
