Trainee Lawyer
da inserire all'interno del Dipartimento Legale per un periodo di 6 mesi che sarà formato rispetto alle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto per tutte le attività connesse ai processi legali del team
  • Assistenza nella gestione dei contratti del Gruppo
  • Supporto alla gestione delle richieste consulenziali da parte dei team di business
  • Collaborazione nell'aggiornamento delle strutture di organizzazione aziendali
  • Supporto alla fase di partecipazione alle gare e alla documentazione connessa
  • Assistenza alla redazione e revisione di documentazione societaria
  • Collaborazione nell'organizzazione e gestione della formazione legale del personale interno.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laureando o laureato in Giurisprudenza
  • Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua Inglese
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Precisione, flessibilità e doti comunicative
  • Capacità organizzative e di problem solving
  • Approccio proattivo e curiosità
